A different kind of story app
Readby began with a simple product idea: a bedtime story should still sound like someone a child knows, even when that person cannot be in the room.
Most new story apps focus on generated stories or synthetic narration. Readby takes the opposite approach by preserving a recording made by a real person reading a real book their family already owns.
Made for a family circle
Readby has no behavioural advertising. Recordings stay within invited family access. The product's EU-hosted analytics deliberately exclude recording contents, book titles, names, email addresses, and location derivation.
