🌙 Readby — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Readby, you agree to these terms.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and must provide accurate information. Accounts are intended for adults; children use the app under a parent's supervision.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the recordings you create. By uploading content you grant Readby a limited license to store it and deliver it to the family members you have connected. Only record books you are entitled to read aloud for private family use.

4. Subscriptions & Purchases

Premium features require a paid plan (monthly, yearly, or lifetime). Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings. Refunds are handled per App Store policies. The free plan includes a limited number of recordings; if you cancel, your recordings are kept but playback of any beyond the free allowance is paused until you resubscribe.

5. Acceptable Use

Use Readby only for its intended purpose — recording and sharing family reading. Abusive, unlawful, or infringing content may be removed.

6. Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
